Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end recruitment for real estate roles including property consultants, leasing agents, and support staff
- Source top-tier talent through strategic outreach, networking, and digital platforms
- Screen, interview, and assess candidates for cultural fit and professional excellence
- Collaborate with department heads to forecast hiring needs and refine job profiles
- Maintain and grow a pipeline of qualified candidates with real estate backgrounds
- Represent Metropolitan Capital Real Estate at industry events and career fairs
- Ensure smooth onboarding and integration of new hires
- Uphold compliance with UAE labor laws and internal hiring standards
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of recruitment experience, with at least 2 years in the real estate sector
- Fluency in English and Arabic
- Strong understanding of the Dubai and UAE real estate landscape
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in recruitment tools and social media sourcing
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
- UAE residency or willingness to relocate
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field
- Existing network of real estate professionals in the UAE
- Experience recruiting for luxury or high-end property portfolios
