Aurantius Real Estate Broker is seeking a dynamic and experienced Real Estate Recruiter to join our growing HR team in Dubai. This role is ideal for a confident, well-connected recruiter with a strong presence on professional platforms and proven experience recruiting within the real estate sector. We are looking for someone proactive, results-driven, and passionate about building high-performing sales teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Headhunting and sourcing real estate brokers and property consultants

• Active recruitment through LinkedIn, job portals, and professional networks

• Building and maintaining a strong talent pipeline

• Conducting screening interviews and candidate assessments

• Coordinating interviews with management

• Managing recruitment trackers and candidate databases

• Supporting onboarding and offer negotiation processes

• Contributing to employer branding and online engagement

Requirements

• Minimum 3+ years of recruitment experience in Dubai real estate

• Experience recruiting international real estate agents is a strong advantage.

• Strong background in real estate recruitment (mandatory)

• Active and professional presence on LinkedIn and other platforms

• Proven talent acquisition and headhunting skills

• Excellent communication and negotiation skills

• Additional languages are an advantage

• Strong knowledge of recruitment processes

• Highly organised with strong time-management skills

• Ability to work independently and within a team environment
