Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced Recruiter with a strong background in UAE real estate to handle end-to-end recruitment of Property Consultants. The ideal candidate must understand the local property market, commission structures, RERA requirements, and the profile of successful real estate agents in Dubai.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage full-cycle recruitment for Property Consultants and Sales Managers
- Source candidates through portals, LinkedIn, referrals, and social media
- Screen and shortlist candidates based on experience in off-plan and secondary market
- Conduct initial interviews and evaluate sales track record
- Maintain a strong pipeline of commission-based and salaried consultants
- Prepare offer letters and support onboarding process
- Track recruitment metrics such as cost per hire and conversion ratio
- Build and maintain a database of active real estate professionals in Dubai
- Support employer branding and recruitment campaigns
Requirements
- Minimum 23 years of recruitment experience within UAE real estate
- Proven experience hiring Property Consultants in Dubai
- Good knowledge of property portals and recruitment platforms
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
- Available to join immediately
Preferred
- Experience hiring multilingual agents (Arabic, Russian, Turkish, European markets)
- Strong network within Dubai brokerage community
