Key Responsibilities

• End-to-end recruitment for real estate agents, sales teams, and corporate roles

• High-volume hiring of property consultants and sales professionals

• Sourcing through LinkedIn, job portals, referrals, and networking

• Conducting interviews, screening, and salary negotiations

• Managing onboarding coordination with HR and management

• Building strong talent pipelines within the Dubai real estate market

Requirements

• Minimum 2-3 years of recruitment experience, with strong exposure to Dubai real estate hiring

• Proven experience hiring real estate brokers, sales agents, and leasing teams

• Strong market knowledge of Dubai real estate recruitment trends

• Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills

• Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
