Role Overview:

We are looking for candidates with direct experience working with a Real Estate Regulatory Authority in a supervision function. The ideal candidates should have hands-on experience conducting inspections, audits, or compliance reviews of real estate developers and brokers on behalf of a regulator.

Key Requirements:

• Direct experience with a Real Estate Regulatory Authority or similar regulatory body
• Experience in regulatory inspections, supervision, or compliance audits
• Strong understanding of real estate regulations and supervisory practices
• Experience preparing regulatory or compliance assessment reports
• Exposure to developer/broker compliance monitoring is mandatory
