Whitewill Real Estate is seeking skilled and motivated Rental Agents and also open to vacancies Off-plan and Secondary Real Estate Agents to join our prestigious team in Dubai. Responsibilities

• Manage incoming rental inquiries and qualified leads, ensuring fast and professional communication with clients.

• Understand clients requirements and identify suitable rental properties based on their budget, preferred location, and lifestyle.

• Arrange and conduct property viewings, negotiate rental terms, and manage the full process from initial inquiry to tenancy agreement.

• Handle rental documentation, including tenancy contracts and all required transaction paperwork.

• Build strong relationships with landlords and tenants, while maintaining excellent customer service.

• Keep client and property information accurately updated in the company CRM.

The Ideal Candidate

• Previous Dubai real estate experience, preferably within the rental market.

• Good knowledge of the Dubai rental market, key communities, buildings, and rental procedures.

• Understanding of rental documentation and tenancy contracts.

• Fluent in English; additional languages such as German, Polish, French, Italian, Spanish, Dutch, or other languagesare a strong advantage.

• A UAE driving licence is highly recommended, as the role involves property viewings and client meetings.

• Confident, proactive, and responsive, with strong communication and negotiation skills.

• Comfortable managing multiple clients and transactions in a fast-paced environment.
