Role Description

This is an on-site, full-time role based in Cairo, Egypt, for a Real Estate Resale Sales Manager. The role includes managing resale property transactions, generating sales leads, and building relationships with clients and stakeholders. Additional responsibilities include conducting property viewings, preparing and negotiating contracts, and staying updated on market trends to provide expert advice to clients. Meeting sales targets and ensuring customer satisfaction will be central to success in this role.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in Real Estate and Real Property management
• Possession of a valid Real Estate License
• Strong Sales and negotiation skills, with a track record of meeting targets
• Excellent Customer Service skills to build lasting client relationships
• Proficiency in market analysis and knowledge of the real estate sector
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented, fast-paced environment
• Proficiency in relevant real estate software and tools is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, or a related field is preferred
