Real Estate Sales Acquisition (Remote) - Salary + Commission

As a Real Estate Acquisitions Manager, you will play a pivotal role in identifying and acquiring properties that meet our investment criteria. Your primary responsibility will be to talk to MOTIVATED SELLERS who reach out to you (that's correct....NO COLD CALLING!!) to sell their house, build relationships with them, negotiate favorable terms, and manage the acquisition process from start to finish. This is a challenging yet rewarding role that offers immense potential for professional and financial growth.

We are looking for team members who have:

- Proven experience in real estate acquisitions, sales or a related field

- Strong communication and negotiation skills

- Self-motivated with a strong entrepreneurial spirit

- RELIABLE Phone and Internet Service

- Ability to speak English with a neutral accent and type in English with PERFECT grammar.

- Flexibility to work an 8 hour shift anytime between 8am-9pm Eastern Time Zone (Mondays thru Friday)

- Quiet work space is a must

On a daily basis, you would be:

1. Handling incoming calls from sellers to obtain information on their property

2. Performing follow-up calls to sellers who were contacted in the past.

3. Negotiating with sellers to reach an agreement on purchase prices.

4. Other tasks that may come up.
