Role Description:
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Real Estate Sales Agents to join our growing team. This role is ideal for individuals who have a solid foundation in United Arab Emirates real estate and are ready to elevate their career within a high-performance, opportunity-rich environment.
As a Sales Agent, you will be responsible for managing client relationships, identifying opportunities, and guiding buyers and investors through the full property acquisition process. This is a client-facing role that requires confidence, strong communication skills, and the ability to close deals effectively.
You will be supported with exclusive listings, strong marketing efforts, and a steady flow of opportunities. Your responsibility is to convert those opportunities into successful transactions while maintaining a premium level of service that reflects the Bardawil brand.
Key Responsibilities:
• Generate, manage, and qualify leads through digital platforms, referrals, and personal networking
• Understand client requirements, preferences, and investment goals in depth
• Match clients with suitable properties from our curated portfolio
• Conduct property viewings with professionalism, confidence, and market insight
• Present properties in a compelling and consultative manner
• Build trust and maintain long-term relationships with clients
• Negotiate offers and close deals efficiently and effectively
• Coordinate with developers, property owners, and internal teams to ensure smooth transactions
• Stay up to date with United Arab Emirates real estate trends, pricing, and new project launches
• Maintain accurate records of client interactions, deals, and follow-ups

Attractive salary + competitive commission structure with significant earning potential
Qualifications:
• 1–2 years of experience in UAE real estate (required)
• Strong understanding of the UAE property market, including key areas and trends
• Excellent English communication skills (Arabic is a strong advantage)
• Proven sales ability with strong negotiation and closing skills
• Confident, presentable, and professional in client-facing situations
• Self-motivated, ambitious, and target-driven
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build lasting relationships
• Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment
• Organized, disciplined, and capable of managing multiple clients simultaneously
