We are seeking motivated and professional Real Estate Sales Agents/Brokers to join our growing team in Dubai. The role involves advising clients on secondary market and off-plan properties, managing client relationships, and closing property transactions while representing the company's brand at the highest standard.

Key Responsibilities
- Assist clients in buying, selling, and investing in residential and commercial properties
- Handle secondary market and off-plan property transactions
- Conduct property viewings and client meetings professionally
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, developers, and partners
- Advise clients on market conditions, pricing, and investment opportunities
- Generate leads through networking, referrals, and marketing activities
- Negotiate offers and close deals successfully
- Maintain accurate records and comply with RERA and company guidelines
Requirements
- Dubai real estate experience preferred, but not mandatory
- Open to both experienced agents and motivated newcomers
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Very professional, well-presented, and smart (client-facing role)
- Self-driven, target-oriented, and disciplined
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Knowledge of Dubai property market is an advantage
