Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Real Estate Sales Agent based in Abu Dhabi. The Real Estate Sales Agent will be responsible for helping clients buy, sell, and rent properties, managing property listings, and conducting property viewings. The agent will also handle negotiations, provide excellent customer service, and maintain comprehensive knowledge of the local real estate market trends.

The role requires actively networking and building strong client relationships to achieve sales targets and contribute to the company's growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist clients in buying, selling, and renting residential or commercial properties
• Advise clients on market conditions, prices, and mortgages
• Create and implement marketing strategies to promote listings
• Conduct property showings and open houses
• Negotiate offers and counteroffers between buyers and sellers
• Prepare necessary paperwork (e.g., contracts, leases, deeds, closing statements)
• Stay updated on real estate laws, market trends, and best practices
• Develop and maintain a network of clients through referrals, cold calling, and outreach
• Coordinate property inspections, appraisals, and other transaction activities
• Ensure compliance with all local, state, and federal real estate laws

Requirements:

• Client Relationship Management and Presentation Skills
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Strong negotiation and problem-solving abilities
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment
• Knowledge of the Abu Dhabi real estate market is a plus
• Good speaking skills in English and Arabic. Any other language will be an advantage
• With Car Driving License (Preferred)
