Real Estate Sales Agent (Fresh Graduates & Entry level)

This is a full-time, on-site role located in New Cairo for a Real Estate Sales Agent. The Real Estate Sales Agent will be responsible for assisting clients with property sales and purchases, providing consultations, and guiding them through the real estate process. Day-to-day tasks include identifying prospective clients, conducting property showings, negotiating contracts, and working to achieve sales goals. Agents will also maintain positive client relationships and remain updated on market trends and property values.

• Knowledge of Real Estate Sales and familiarity with the industry
• Possession of a valid Real Estate License (or willingness to acquire one)
• Experience in Customer Service with demonstrated ability to assist clients effectively
• Strong skills in Sales and negotiation
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Goal-oriented mindset with the ability to manage multiple clients and priorities
• A proactive attitude and willingness to learn, especially for entry-level candidates
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent education is an advantage
• Familiarity with the New Cairo real estate market is a plus
