This is a full-time, on-site role based in Dubai for a Real Estate Sales Agent. The Real Estate Sales Agent will be responsible for assisting clients in buying, selling, and renting residential properties, showcasing properties to potential buyers or renters, conducting property market studies, and negotiating contracts. The role also includes providing exceptional customer service to build and maintain relationships with clients.

• Strong background in Real Estate Sales and general Real Estate knowledge
• A valid Real Estate License is required
• Exceptional Customer Service skills
• Proven ability in Sales and building client relationships
• Effective communication and negotiation skills
• Highly motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently
• Proficient in leveraging technology and CRM tools to manage leads
• Prior experience in the Dubai real estate market is an advantage
• Fluency in multiple languages is a plus
