Requirements and qualifications:
- Fresh graduates or professionals with a background in sales.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Motivated, target-driven, and eager to achieve results.
- Knowledge of Dubai real estate market (preferred, not mandatory).
- Team players who can also work independently.
- Professional appearance and client-focused attitude
- Fluency in English is a must; knowledge of additional languages would be preferred.
- Confident, proactive, and driven by performance and targets.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a personable and approachable attitude.
