Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Generate new leads and build a strong client network.
  • Guide clients through property buying, selling, and renting processes.
  • Conduct property tours and site visits.
  • Build lasting client relationships through excellent service and follow-ups.
  • Negotiate and close deals with confidence.
  • Sharing expert market knowledge and guidance
  • Proven ability to deliver exceptional client service throughout the sales journey from the initial engagement to comprehensive post-sales support

Requirements and qualifications:

  • Fresh graduates or professionals with a background in sales.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Motivated, target-driven, and eager to achieve results.
  • Knowledge of Dubai real estate market (preferred, not mandatory).
  • Team players who can also work independently.
  • Professional appearance and client-focused attitude
  • Fluency in English is a must; knowledge of additional languages would be preferred.
  • Confident, proactive, and driven by performance and targets.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a personable and approachable attitude.
