We are looking for a driven and experienced Off-Plan Sales Broker to join our growing team in Dubai. If you have a strong background in real estate, a passion for connecting clients with the city's most exclusive developments, and the ability to build relationships across diverse markets we want to hear from you.
What You'll Do- Advise clients on the best off-plan property investments across Dubai's leading developers.
- Manage the full sales cycle: lead generation, qualification, presentations, follow-up, negotiation, and closing.
- Maintain deep knowledge of Dubai's real estate market, upcoming launches, master communities, payment plans, and investment trends.
- Conduct property tours and deliver high-quality consultations to local and international buyers.
- Build and maintain a strong client portfolio with long-term relationship management.
- Collaborate with the marketing and operations teams to support lead performance and client experience.
What We're Looking ForPrevious experience in Dubai real estate (mandatory), preferably in off-plan sales.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills with a results-driven approach.
- Proven ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
- A professional, confident, and customer-centric attitude.
Languages:
- English or Arabic (required)
- Knowledge of any of the following languages is a strong advantage: Russian, Hindi/Urdu/Indian languages, Mandarin/Chinese, French.
- Multilingual candidates will be prioritized.
