KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Assist clients in buying, selling, and renting properties.

Conduct market research and stay updated on real estate trends, property values, and community developments.

Generate leads through networking, referrals, and online marketing.

Present and show properties to potential buyers, highlighting location, features, and benefits.

Prepare and present offers, negotiating terms for optimal outcomes. Guide clients through legal and financial processes of transactions.

Maintain accurate records of listings, contracts, and client interactions.

Deliver exceptional customer service to build long-term relationships and referrals. Attend training, workshops, and networking events to expand knowledge and skills.

REQUIREMENTS:

Proven experience as a Real Estate Agent with experience in Off plan or Secondary market.

Languages Spoke: English, Arabic, German, Spanish, Russian, French etc.

Active real estate license (or willingness to obtain one).

Strong knowledge of the local real estate market.

Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.

Proficiency in CRM software, Microsoft Office, and Online listing platforms.

Reliable transportation and willingness to travel for property showings.
