We are currently expanding our sales team and looking for motivated and experienced Real Estate Agents who are passionate about closing deals and building strong client relationships.

Role Description

This is an exciting full-time, on-site role for a Real Estate Sales Agent located in UAE. The role involves assisting clients in buying, selling, and renting residential and commercial properties. Responsibilities include conducting property market analysis, generating and following up on leads, managing client relationships, and facilitating successful transactions. The position requires building a client base, demonstrating property options, and negotiating deals to achieve sales targets.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in Real Estate Sales and Real Estate transactions.
• Strong Customer Service skills to maintain and develop client relationships.
• Proficiency in general Sales strategies and the ability to achieve targets.
• Manage leads, follow-ups, and client communication effectively.
• Excellent communication & interpersonal skills for effectively interacting with clients & stakeholders.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to market trends.
• Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and skilled in problem-solving.
• Relevant experience in the Dubai real estate market is a plus.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the Dubai real estate market and property regulations.
• Ensure all documentation complies with RERA and company policies.
• Fluency in multiple languages is an advantage.
