Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role located in 6 OCTOBER for a Real Estate Sales professional. Responsibilities include identifying potential clients, presenting and promoting residential properties from the company's portfolio, negotiating and closing transactions, building strong client relationships, and staying informed about market trends. The role requires proactive lead generation, delivering top-notch customer service, and achieving defined sales targets.

Qualifications
  • Proven experience in Real Estate sales and knowledge of the real property market
  • Strong Customer Service and Sales skills to effectively manage client relationships
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to analyze market trends and identify sales opportunities
  • Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work effectively in a dynamic, on-site environment
  • Proficiency in relevant real estate software and tools is an advantage
