This is a full-time on-site role located in Dubai for a Real Estate Sales Agent. The Real Estate Sales Agent will be responsible for actively engaging in property sales, guiding clients through the buying, selling, or rental process, and providing exceptional customer service. Day-to-day tasks include property showings, market research, building client relationships, negotiating deals, and ensuring smooth transactions. The agent will collaborate with the team to meet client needs and achieve sales targets.

• Experience in Real Estate Sales and understanding of the real estate market dynamics
• Possession of a valid Real Estate License
• Strong Customer Service skills combined with excellent interpersonal communication
• Proven ability to drive Sales and meet targets
• Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and capable of working independently
• Knowledge of Dubai real estate markets is an advantage
• Proficiency in multiple languages is a plus
