Role Overview
We are seeking a German-speaking Real Estate Consultant/Sales Agent to join our Dubai-based team in an onsite capacity. This role offers the opportunity to represent prestigious residential and investment-grade properties in one of the world's most dynamic real estate markets.
The successful candidate will engage High-Net-Worth Individuals (HNWIs) from German-speaking regions, leveraging deep market expertise, consultative selling skills, and a commitment to delivering an exceptional client experience. You will play a key role in driving international investment into Dubai while upholding the highest standards of professionalism, integrity, and service excellence.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify, qualify, and engage high-value international buyers and investors, with a strong focus on German-speaking markets.
- Market, present, and sell premium residential and investment properties, clearly articulating value propositions, ROI, and long-term benefits.
- Manage the full sales lifecycle, from lead generation and property viewings to negotiations, contract execution, and post-sale client support.
- Deliver tailored real estate solutions aligned with client objectives, including investment, relocation, and luxury lifestyle needs.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records, pipelines, and sales activity within CRM systems (e.g., Close).
- Stay informed on Dubai property laws, market trends, off-plan and secondary market opportunities, and foreign investor regulations.
- Represent the company and its brand at property showings, real estate exhibitions, and exclusive client and investor events.
Mandatory Requirements
- Native-level or fluent German (spoken and written), with strong professional proficiency in English.
- Proven track record in international real estate sales, preferably within luxury or high-value property segments.
- Solid understanding of Dubai's real estate market, investment structures, and regulatory framework for foreign buyers.
- Exceptional client relationship management skills, particularly with HNWIs and international investors.
- Strong negotiation, influencing, and deal-closing capabilities, including experience with sales agreements and contracts.
- Proficiency in CRM systems (e.g., Close), digital sales tools, and online property platforms.
- Impeccable professional presentation, reliability, and credibility when representing premium real estate and the brand.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in luxury real estate, including off-plan developments, high-end residences, and large investment portfolios.
- Exposure to cross-border transactions and international investor networks.
- Knowledge of UAE residency pathways, including the Golden Visa program for property investors.
