Job Summary
The Real Estate Sales Associate is responsible for generating leads, engaging with potential clients, presenting real estate properties, and closing sales. The role requires strong communication skills, a customer-focused mindset, and the ability to achieve sales targets in a competitive market.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and contact potential clients through calls, referrals, and online platforms
- Present and promote real estate properties to prospective buyers
- Arrange and conduct property viewings
- Understand client needs and recommend suitable property options
- Negotiate prices and payment plans to close successful deals
- Maintain accurate records of leads, calls, and sales activities
- Follow up with clients to build long-term relationships
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
- Stay updated on market trends, pricing, and competitors
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (preferred)
- Proven experience in real estate sales or direct sales is a plus
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Strong English language skills (spoken and written)
