Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Real Estate Sales role based in New Cairo. The Real Estate Sales professional will be responsible for generating leads, managing client relationships, and guiding clients through the home-buying or selling process. Day-to-day tasks include property listing management, market research, client consultation, negotiations, and closing deals. The role also involves ensuring excellent customer service and staying updated on market trends and regulatory guidelines.

Qualifications

  • Possession of a valid Real Estate License or willingness to obtain one
  • Proven knowledge of the real estate market and real property principles
  • Strong background in sales with the ability to develop and maintain client relationships
  • Excellent customer service skills and the ability to address client inquiries effectively
  • Effective communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
  • Proactive and self-motivated with a results-driven attitude
  • Proficiency in using technology and real estate tools is a plus
  • Fluency in English and Arabic is preferred
