This full-time on-site role, based in New Cairo, is for a Real Estate Sales Broker (Salesperson). The responsibilities include assisting clients in buying, selling, or renting real estate properties by understanding their specific needs and presenting suitable options. The role involves actively promoting properties, negotiating deals, maintaining strong client relationships, and staying informed about market trends and property values. Building a robust network within the real estate industry and ensuring client satisfaction are key aspects of the position.

• Valid Real Estate License and a thorough understanding of real estate law and regulations
• Experience in Real Estate and Real Property services with strong market awareness
• Exceptional Sales and negotiation skills, with a proven track record in achieving targets
• Proficiency in Customer Service with excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and within a collaborative team environment
• Familiarity with properties and market trends in Egypt and the Middle East is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Real Estate, or a related field is preferred
