Job DescriptionNATHIHAT is hiring an experienced Real Estate Sales & Business Development Executive to support its growth in Abu Dhabi.
The role focuses on identifying opportunities, building client relationships, and supporting sales and leasing activities in coordination with the company's approved processes.
Key Responsibilities- Identify and develop new sales and leasing opportunities
- Build and maintain strong client relationships
- Support negotiations and deal progression
- Coordinate with management on opportunities and leads
- Prepare basic reports on activities and results
Requirements- Proven experience in real estate sales or business development
- Strong network and understanding of the Abu Dhabi market
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Self-driven, results-oriented mindset
- Fluency in English (Arabic is a plus)
