Success in this role requires proactive engagement with clients and consistent business development efforts.

• Excellent Customer Service abilities with a focus on building relationships
• Capability to train others and a proactive approach to professional development
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work efficiently in a remote environment and manage time effectively
• Experience in real estate or a sales-centric role is preferred
• Valid real estate license or willingness to obtain one
