Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role based in New Cairo for a Real Estate Sales Consultant. The role involves assisting clients with buying, selling, or renting properties, maintaining excellent customer relationships, and providing expert advice on the local real estate market. Day-to-day tasks include managing property listings, conducting property viewings, negotiating deals, and ensuring a seamless transaction process for clients. Additionally, the consultant will stay informed about market trends and participate in ongoing training to enhance their skills.

Qualifications

• Proven expertise in Real Estate Sales and general Real Estate practices
• Strong Sales skills with a focus on negotiation and closing deals
• Exceptional Customer Service abilities, including maintaining positive client relationships
• Willingness to participate in training and continuously develop professional knowledge
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Self-motivated with a results-driven mindset
• Prior real estate or sales experience is an advantage
• Familiarity with the New Cairo real estate market is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in a related field is an added advantage
