Role Description

We are seeking a full-time Real Estate Sales Consultant to join our on-site team in Dubai. The role involves managing property sales, assisting clients with buying, selling, and renting properties, and ensuring client satisfaction through excellent customer service. Responsibilities include conducting property market research, developing strong relationships with clients, providing expert advice, and meeting sales targets. The consultant will also participate in training sessions to enhance their real estate expertise and sales skills.

Qualifications
  • Proven skills in Real Estate Sales and delivering quality real estate solutions
  • Strong expertise in Customer Service and building client relationships
  • Sales proficiency with a focus on achieving targets and results
  • Ability to learn and apply new strategies through training and development
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Knowledge of the Dubai real estate market is highly advantageous
  • Fluency in English; additional language skills are a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Real Estate, or related field is preferred
