Job Specification:
Salary Range: AED 8,000 + commission (depending on experience)
Hours: Mon-Fri with alternate working Saturdays
Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with real estate brokers across the UAE, understanding their client profiles and aligning them with Manzil's wide portfolio of developer projects.
- Present and position off-plan and ready properties from multiple developers, clearly communicating project USPs, investment fundamentals, and suitability for different buyer segments.
- Conduct proactive outreach calls and follow-ups with brokers to share new project launches, inventory updates, pricing changes, and payment plans, securing meetings and deal opportunities.
- Manage broker engagement pipelines through CRM tools, ensuring timely follow-ups, accurate tracking, and consistent conversion of broker interest into active deals.
- Stay up to date with market trends, competitor offerings, and developer launches to strengthen Manzil's advisory positioning and market relevance.
- Work closely with internal Sales, Marketing, and Operations teams to align on inventory strategy, broker activations, campaigns, and launch schedules.
- Prepare and share regular performance updates with the Sales Manager and leadership on broker activity, deal pipeline, closures, and market traction.
- Represent Manzil at developer launches, broker events, roadshows, and networking activities to expand market presence and deal flow.
- Uphold Manzil's brand standards and values in all broker and developer interactions, ensuring a professional, credible, and client-first image at all touchpoints.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Proven experience in real estate brokerage or working closely with property developers is required.
- Strong networking, relationship management, and commercial negotiation skills.
- Solid understanding of Dubai's real estate market, particularly off-plan and developer inventory.
- Strong awareness of competing developer offerings, pricing strategies, and buyer/broker behavior.
- Ability to manage multiple developers, projects, broker relationships, and follow-ups simultaneously.
- Well-presented, driven, and confident in representing Manzil Asset Management in high-value professional settings.
- Fluency in English is essential; additional languages (Arabic, Russian, French, etc.) are a strong advantage.
