A leading real estate investment and brokerage firm based in Abu Dhabi, specializing in Secondary and/or Off-Plan properties. We work closely with reputable developers and private owners, offering premium investment opportunities and professional brokerage services in the UAE market.

Role Overview:

We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Real Estate Sales Professional to join our Abu Dhabi team.

This role is ideal for motivated consultants who understand the UAE real estate market and are confident in closing transactions across both Secondary and Off-Plan segments.

The selected candidate will be responsible for managing client relationships, conducting property viewings, negotiating deals, and driving revenue growth in a performance-focused environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and convert qualified leads provided by the company
  • Generate own leads and expand personal client network
  • Handle Secondary and/or Off-Plan transactions
  • Conduct property viewings and client consultations
  • Negotiate and close deals professionally
  • Maintain strong after-sales client relationships
  • Stay updated on market trends and developer launches

Requirements:

  • Minimum 1 year UAE real estate experience
  • Proven track record in closing property transactions
  • Strong negotiation and closing skills
  • Results-driven mindset and high earning motivation
  • Knowledge of Abu Dhabi market preferred
  • Valid UAE driving license preferred
  • Strong communication skills in English (additional languages are a plus)
