Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role located in Cairo, Egypt. The Real Estate Sales Associate will be responsible for managing property listings, engaging with clients to understand their real estate needs, and aiding in the purchase, sale, or rental of properties. Daily tasks include meeting with potential clients, conducting property viewings, negotiating contracts, and maintaining an in-depth understanding of the local real estate market to provide accurate advice to clients.
Qualifications
- strong knowledge of Real Estate principles
- Strong Customer Service skills to effectively communicate and build relationships with clients
- Excellent Sales abilities, including negotiation and closing strategies
- Understanding of Real Property law, regulations, and documentation
- Ability to work independently and maintain an organized schedule
- Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office tools
- Previous experience in the real estate industry is an advantage
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Real Estate, or a related field is a plus
