Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site position for a Real Estate - Sales Fresh role located in Cairo, Egypt. The role involves assisting clients in buying, selling, or renting properties. Day-to-day tasks include identifying client needs, providing property recommendations, conducting property tours, negotiating deals, and ensuring a high standard of customer service. The candidate will also need to stay updated on market trends and maintain a comprehensive knowledge of the real estate industry.

Qualifications

• A valid Real Estate License and knowledge of real property regulations
• Hands-on experience or knowledge in Real Estate and Sales
• Strong Customer Service skills and client-oriented approach
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
• Basic understanding of the local real estate market in Cairo, Egypt
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ability to maintain organized records
• Self-motivation, goal orientation, and a proactive mindset
