Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Real Estate Sales position located in New Cairo. As a Real Estate Sales Associate, you will engage with clients to understand their property needs, showcase available properties, and facilitate smooth transactions. You will also be responsible for maintaining a strong professional network, helping clients through the buying or leasing process, and driving sales efforts to achieve targets. This is an excellent role for fresh graduates to be introduced to the dynamic real estate market.

Qualifications

• Basic knowledge of Real Estate principles and having a Real Estate License (preferred but not mandatory for fresh graduates)
• Strong Sales skills and an understanding of real property transactions
• Excellent Customer Service skills to build and maintain long-term relationships
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Willingness to learn, adapt, and stay updated on market trends
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field is advantageous
