Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site position based in New Cairo. As a Real Estate Agent at Views Investments, you will be responsible for assisting clients in buying, selling, and renting properties. Daily tasks include conducting property viewings, client consultations, preparing market analyses, negotiating contracts, and maintaining positive relationships with clients. The role also requires knowledge of the local real estate market and the ability to provide exceptional customer service.

Qualifications

• Fresh graduated are welcome
• Proficiency in real estate practices, sales strategies, and understanding of real property laws and regulations
• Strong Customer Service skills to build and maintain client relationships
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and meet sales targets
• Prior experience in real estate or sales is advantageous
• Good knowledge of New Cairo's real estate market is a plus
