Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Cairo for a Real Estate Sales professional. Responsibilities include assisting clients with property purchases, sales, or rentals, providing exceptional customer service, and managing property listings. The role involves actively seeking prospective clients, conducting property tours, and negotiating competitive deals. As part of the team, you will collaborate with colleagues and leverage market knowledge to deliver tailored solutions for clients needs.

Qualifications

  • Possess a valid Real Estate License and knowledge of real estate principles.
  • Experience in Sales and Real Estate, with a proven ability to close deals.
  • Strong Customer Service skills and the ability to build lasting client relationships.
  • Familiarity with Real Property laws and regulations is highly desirable.
  • Effective communication and negotiation skills.
  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to thrive in a high-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in real estate market analysis and property valuation is a plus.
