Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Cairo for a Real Estate Sales professional. The responsibilities include managing and expanding property portfolios, assisting clients in buying or leasing properties, fostering strong relationships with clients, and achieving sales targets. The role also involves conducting property viewings, negotiating deals, and providing top-tier customer service to ensure client satisfaction.

Qualifications

  • A valid Real Estate License and strong knowledge of real estate laws and regulations
  • Proficiency in real estate sales practices and understanding of real property market dynamics
  • Exceptional Customer Service skills to build and maintain client relationships
  • Strong Sales skills with an ability to negotiate and close deals effectively
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Proactive and self-motivated with a knack for problem-solving
  • Fluency in Arabic is a plus
