Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in El Sheikh Zayed for a Real Estate Sales Intern. The intern will assist in prospecting and building relationships with potential clients, conducting property showings, and supporting the sales team in achieving targets. Responsibilities also include liaising with clients to understand their real estate needs, maintaining market awareness, and contributing to the effective promotion of properties on various platforms. The role provides an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience and develop essential sales and customer service skills in the real estate industry.

Qualifications

• Possession of a valid Real Estate License (or working towards obtaining one).
• Knowledge of Real Estate principles, market trends, and property standards.
• Strong skills in Sales and Customer Service to engage with clients effectively.
• Understanding of Real Property processes and transactions.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build relationships with clients and team members.
• Proactive and self-motivated approach to learning and contributing in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to adapt to the local real estate market and assist with on-site tasks.
• Proficiency in using technology and online platforms for marketing and property listings is a plus.
