Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales Manager, based in Qesm El Sheikh Zaid. The Sales Manager will be responsible for overseeing sales operations, leading a team to achieve sales targets, and developing strategies to drive revenue growth. Day-to-day responsibilities include building and maintaining client relationships, tracking sales performance, preparing sales forecasts, and ensuring the team delivers exceptional customer service. The role also involves mentoring and training the sales team to enhance their performance and achieve organizational goals.

  • Strong sales and negotiation skills, with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
  • Team leadership and management capabilities, including mentoring and training experience
  • Effective communication, interpersonal, and customer relationship management skills
  • Strategic and critical thinking abilities to develop and implement sales growth strategies
  • Proficiency in CRM tools, sales analytics, and reporting
  • Understanding of the real estate market is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
