Role Description

We are seeking a motivated Real Estate Sales Manager to join our on-site team in Alexandria, Egypt. This full-time role involves leading and managing a team of real estate professionals to achieve sales targets and optimize customer experiences. The Sales Manager will oversee client relationships, drive sales initiatives, develop strategies to increase property transactions, and ensure company standards are upheld. Additional responsibilities include coaching team members, growing the business network, and monitoring market trends for new opportunities.

Qualifications
  • A valid Real Estate License and in-depth knowledge of real estate practices and legal regulations
  • Exceptional Sales and expertise in Real Estate and Real Property
  • Proficient Customer Service skills, with the ability to foster strong client relationships
  • Proven leadership and team management abilities
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and decision-making skills
  • A deep understanding of the local Alexandria, Egypt real estate market is highly desirable
  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, Real Estate, or a related field is preferred
