Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Qesm El Sheikh Zaid for a Real Estate Sales position, including roles for Sales Executives, Seniors, Team Leaders, and Managers. Responsibilities include assisting clients in buying, selling, or renting properties, building and maintaining client relationships, and delivering exceptional customer service. The role also involves conducting market research, promoting real estate listings, negotiating sales and contracts, and ensuring a seamless property transaction process. Team Leaders and Managers will also oversee and mentor team members to meet sales targets.

Qualifications

  • Possession of a valid Real Estate License is required.
  • Expertise in Real Estate, Sales, and Real Property.
  • Strong Customer Service skills that ensure client satisfaction and foster long-term relationships.
  • Proven ability to negotiate, communicate effectively, and build trust with clients and stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in market research and identifying sales opportunities is a plus.
  • Team leadership skills, with the ability to mentor and motivate a team, are essential for senior roles and above.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, or related fields is preferred but not mandatory.
