Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site position located in Cairo, Egypt. As a Real Estate Sales Representative at HGI Properties, you will engage with clients to understand their needs and assist them in buying, selling, or renting properties. Your responsibilities will include conducting property showings, preparing sales or rental documentation, and negotiating contracts. You will also stay informed about the latest real estate trends, market conditions, and property values to provide expert advice.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Real Estate processes, including knowledge of Real Property and Real Estate markets
• Possession of or eligibility to obtain a valid Real Estate License
• Strong Sales skills with a proven ability to close deals
• Excellent Customer Service skills and ability to build strong client relationships
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
• Self-motivated and goal-oriented with a proactive attitude
• Prior experience in the real estate sector is a plus
