Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Real Estate Sales Supervisor, based in New Cairo. This role involves supervising and motivating the sales team to achieve targets, offering support in property sales transactions, and maintaining strong relationships with both clients and property developers. You will also coordinate daily operations, evaluate the team's performance, and implement strategies to improve sales and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Proven expertise in Real Estate and a valid Real Estate License
• Strong skills in Sales and Real Property transactions
• Exemplary Customer Service abilities and experience building client relationships
• Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills
• Proficiency in real estate software and tools is a plus
• Adaptability to a fast-paced and dynamic environment
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Real Estate, or a related field is preferred
