Job Summary
InvestMenter Real Estate L.L.C. is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Sales Support Admin to support our sales and investor relations function. The role focuses on coordinating with investors, developers, lenders, and relevant UAE authorities, while managing end-to-end administrative processes related to property transactions and investor services. This position plays a critical role in ensuring seamless execution, regulatory compliance, and high-quality service delivery across multiple transaction types.
Key Responsibilities
Investor & Transaction Coordination
- Serve as a primary administrative point of contact for investors, ensuring timely communication, updates, and documentation support.
- Coordinate and monitor the progress of investor-related transactions, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and adherence to agreed timelines.
Transaction Processing & Documentation
- Manage, coordinate, and track the following transactions from initiation to completion:
- Snagging coordination with developers, inspection companies, and investors, including scheduling, reporting, and follow-ups.
- Property unit handover coordination, ensuring completion of developer requirements, documentation readiness, and smooth handover to investors.
- Mortgage processing coordination, including liaising with banks, brokers, valuation companies, and investors to track approvals, offers, and disbursements.
- Investor DLD updates, including ownership changes, documentation follow-ups, and status tracking.
- Company registration processes related to property ownership or investor structuring.
- Eviction notice preparation and coordination, ensuring compliance with UAE tenancy and legal regulations.
- Last Will preparation coordination with legal service providers and investors.
- Golden Visa processing, including document collection, submission tracking, and liaison with relevant UAE authorities.
Compliance & Records Management
- Ensure all documentation complies with UAE legal, regulatory, and developer requirements.
- Maintain accurate, organized, and confidential records for all investor and property transactions.
- Track approvals, submissions, and renewals, proactively flagging risks, delays, or missing documentation.
Internal & External Coordination
- Liaise with internal sales teams, finance, developers, banks, legal service providers, PROs, and UAE government entities.
- Provide administrative and coordination support to sales teams throughout the transaction lifecycle.
Reporting & Process Improvement
- Prepare regular status reports on ongoing transactions for management and investors.
- Identify process gaps and recommend improvements to enhance operational efficiency and investor experience.
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, or a related field (preferred).
- Minimum 24 years of experience in real estate administration, sales support, or investor services in the UAE.
- Strong knowledge of Dubai real estate processes, DLD procedures, property handover, and mortgage workflows is an advantage.
- Experience coordinating with developers, banks, government entities, legal service providers, and PROs.
