About the Role
We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Sales Team Leader to lead and develop a high-performing team of consultants in Jeddah. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in sales leadership, team development, and revenue generation, preferably within the real estate, property investment, or investment advisory sectors.
This role is responsible for driving team performance, supporting consultants throughout the sales cycle, and ensuring the successful closure of high-value opportunities while contributing to the company's growth objectives.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead, motivate, and develop a team of consultants to achieve individual and team sales targets.
- Coach and support team members throughout the full sales cycle, from initial consultation to successful deal closure.
- Monitor sales performance, KPIs, and pipeline activity to ensure consistent achievement of business objectives.
- Drive revenue growth through effective sales planning, forecasting, and performance management.
- Support consultants in handling complex client cases and high-value opportunities.
- Conduct regular coaching sessions, performance reviews, and development plans to enhance team capabilities.
- Ensure exceptional client experience and professional handling of inquiries, meetings, and follow-ups.
- Collaborate with internal departments and external partners to ensure smooth service delivery.
- Analyze market trends, sales performance, and business opportunities to support strategic decision-making.
- Prepare and present regular sales and performance reports to management.
- Represent the company at client meetings, networking events, and industry exhibitions when required.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, or a related field.
- 5–8 years of successful sales experience, preferably within Real Estate, Property Development, Brokerage, Property Investment, or Investment Advisory sectors.
- Minimum 2–3 years of experience leading, supervising, or managing a sales team.
- Proven track record of achieving and exceeding individual and team sales targets.
- Strong experience in consultative selling, business development, and client relationship management.
- Demonstrated ability to coach, motivate, and develop high-performing sales teams.
- Strong understanding of sales processes, pipeline management, forecasting, and performance tracking.
- Excellent leadership, communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with a results-driven mindset.
- Professional proficiency in English and Arabic.
- Existing network within the Saudi market is considered an advantage.
