Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Real Estate Sales role based in New Cairo. The successful candidate will engage with clients to understand their property needs, provide expert advice on property options, and conduct property tours. The role involves assisting clients in buying, selling, or renting properties, negotiating deals, and maintaining strong relationships to ensure a high level of customer satisfaction. Employees will also stay informed about the local real estate market trends and adhere to industry regulations.

Qualifications

• Possession of a valid Real Estate License or a willingness to obtain one.
• Experience or skills in Real Estate and Real Property knowledge, including market expertise.
• Strong Sales experience and negotiation abilities.
• Exceptional Customer Service skills focused on building client relationships and addressing client needs.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a dynamic environment and adapt to the fast-paced real estate industry.
• Experience in a similar role or industry is a plus.
