Role Description
This is a full-time role for a Real Estate Salesperson, located on-site in Al Asimah, Kuwait. The Salesperson will be responsible for marketing, showcasing, and selling properties, as well as guiding clients through the buying process. Daily tasks include providing excellent customer service, conducting property viewings, negotiating sales agreements, and maintaining up-to-date knowledge of market conditions and real estate trends. Additional responsibilities include fostering strong client relationships and meeting sales targets.
Qualifications
- Must possess a valid Real Estate License and knowledge of Real Estate laws, practices, and market trends.
- Strong understanding of Real Property and prior experience in Real Estate Sales.
- Demonstrated skills in Customer Service and Sales with the ability to build and maintain lasting client relationships.
- Strong organizational, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Proficient in using real estate management and sales software is a plus.
- Proficiency in English (Arabic language proficiency is preferred).
- Experience in the Kuwait real estate market is an advantage.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Real Estate, or a related field is preferred.
