This is a full-time, remote role for a Real Estate Senior Associate. The Senior Associate will manage daily operations related to real estate investments, from sourcing and underwriting potential opportunities to conducting market analysis and financial modeling. The role includes overseeing due diligence, collaborating with cross-functional teams, monitoring performance metrics, and supporting the development and operational aspects of real estate projects. The candidate will also contribute to stakeholder reporting and assist in executing long-term investment strategies.

• Expertise in real estate financial modeling, underwriting, and due diligence activities
• Strong skills in market research, sector analysis, and identifying investment opportunities
• Proficiency in portfolio management, risk assessment, and performance monitoring
• Knowledge and experience with investment strategies, structuring, and deployment
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities
• Effective verbal and written communication and presentation skills
• Advanced proficiency in financial tools and software; professional designation like CFA is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Real Estate, Economics, or a similar field; Master's degree preferred
• Knowledge of Islamic Shariah-compliant investment principles is a significant advantage
