This full-time, on-site role is based in Cairo, Egypt. The Real Estate Senior Broker will be responsible for managing property transactions, including assisting clients with buying, selling, and leasing properties. The role involves building and maintaining strong client relationships, negotiating contracts, and identifying opportunities to grow the client base. The Senior Broker will stay updated on market trends and collaborate closely with developers, ensuring that clients receive expert advice and tailored solutions.

• Experience in Brokerage, Real Estate transactions, and Real Property management
• Proficiency in Customer Service and Sales techniques to build strong client relationships
• Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to analyze real estate trends and data to provide strategic advice
• Proven track record of meeting sales goals and achieving client satisfaction
• Familiarity with Cairo's real estate market is a strong advantage
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Real Estate, or a related field is preferred
