Real Estate Senior Property Consultant

Rino Invest Group is an international real estate company with operations across Dubai, Spain, Switzerland, and Málaga, specializing in residential and commercial real estate, property acquisition, international investments, and company formation.

As we continue to grow, we're looking for experienced and motivated Senior Property Consultants to join our Dubai office.

We offer both Employment Visa and Commission Based opportunities, giving you the flexibility to choose the setup that best fits your career goals.

Your main focus is simple.

Close deals.

Whether it's a rental or a property sale, we're looking for someone who enjoys working with clients, building relationships, conducting viewings, negotiating offers, and turning opportunities into completed transactions.

In addition to closing deals, you'll also be responsible for building your own inventory by securing quality listings that can be advertised across our property portals.

• Close rental and sales transactions across Dubai.

• Build and maintain relationships with property owners, buyers, landlords, tenants, and investors.

• Source and secure quality property listings for the secondary market.

• Upload and maintain accurate listings across Property Finder, Bayut, Dubizzle, and other company portals.

• Conduct property viewings and client meetings.

• Negotiate offers between buyers, sellers, landlords, and tenants.

• Follow up with leads and manage your sales pipeline.

• Keep all client interactions and deal progress updated in the CRM.

• Achieve monthly sales and listing KPIs.

• Previous Dubai real estate experience is preferred.

• Strong English communication skills are required.

• Additional languages are a plus.

• Confident in dealing with buyers, sellers, landlords, and investors.

• Good negotiation and relationship building skills.

• Self motivated and target driven.

• Familiar with Property Finder, Bayut, Dubizzle, and CRM systems.

• RERA certification is an advantage but not mandatory.
