DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Implement real estate marketing plans for rented or sale units.
- Develop online marketing campaigns for social media platforms.
- Create engaging advertising content (text, images, and videos) and coordinate design and production with the relevant department within the company.
- Publish advertisements on real estate marketing websites and digital platforms, monitor their performance, and optimize their effectiveness.
- Receive clients and respond to inquiries via phone and digital channels.
- Organize site visits with clients and prepare appropriate price quotes.
- Follow up on negotiations and finalize rental or sale transactions.
- Prepare periodic reports on the performance of digital campaigns, market trends, and available opportunities.
- Maintain a comprehensive and up-to-date database of available properties and rental and sale values.
ESSENTIAL QUALIFICATION:
- Bachelor's degree in, Marketing, Business, or related field.
EXPERIENCE:
- 2-4 years of experience in real estate marketing.
- Thorough knowledge of digital marketing and managing paid digital campaigns.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to prepare reports and presentations.
- Extensive network of contacts in the real estate market is preferred.
- Experience in a diversified or fast-growing company is an advantage.
