Job Description

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Implement real estate marketing plans for rented or sale units.
  • Develop online marketing campaigns for social media platforms.
  • Create engaging advertising content (text, images, and videos) and coordinate design and production with the relevant department within the company.
  • Publish advertisements on real estate marketing websites and digital platforms, monitor their performance, and optimize their effectiveness.
  • Receive clients and respond to inquiries via phone and digital channels.
  • Organize site visits with clients and prepare appropriate price quotes.
  • Follow up on negotiations and finalize rental or sale transactions.
  • Prepare periodic reports on the performance of digital campaigns, market trends, and available opportunities.
  • Maintain a comprehensive and up-to-date database of available properties and rental and sale values.

ESSENTIAL QUALIFICATION:

  • Bachelor's degree in, Marketing, Business, or related field.

EXPERIENCE:

  • 2-4 years of experience in real estate marketing.
  • Thorough knowledge of digital marketing and managing paid digital campaigns.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Ability to prepare reports and presentations.
  • Extensive network of contacts in the real estate market is preferred.
  • Experience in a diversified or fast-growing company is an advantage.
