Real Estate Specialist

The Real Estate Specialist will communicate with prospective and existing clients, schedule and coordinate virtual meetings, and provide guidance on sales and leasing options. The role also involves collaborating with internal teams, maintaining accurate records in relevant systems, and ensuring that all activities comply with applicable regulations and company procedures. Performance will be measured through client satisfaction, quality of property assessments, and achievement of sales and development targets.
Qualifications

• Strong foundation in Real Estate and Real Property, with the ability to analyze market trends and property values.
• Experience in Sales and Customer Service, including managing client relationships and handling inquiries professionally.
• Knowledge of Real Estate Development processes, with skills in evaluating development potential and supporting project planning.
• Effective verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present information clearly in remote and digital environments.
• Proficiency with online real estate platforms, CRM tools, and basic office software (e.g., spreadsheets, presentations).
• Ability to work independently in a remote setting, manage multiple tasks, and prioritize deadlines responsibly.
• Understanding of relevant real estate laws and regulations; local market knowledge is an advantage.
• Previous experience in real estate, property management, or a related field; formal education or certification in real estate is a plus.
